Disney's Frozen

Me being the Disney fanatic that I am, let's just say that I was pretty excited for Frozen. With it being a Disney movie of course there were certain expectations that it had to meet. The animation would have to be good, the soundtrack would have to be perfection and the storyline would have to be new and creative. And of course Disney never disappoints. Which is why I'm giving Frozen a big 'ole POP!!

In Disney's Frozen Princess Anna (Kristen Bell- When in Rome, You Again, Saving Sarah Marshall)  teams up with mountian man Kristoff (Jonathan Groff- Glee, C.O.G., The Conspirator) and his reindeer pal Sven in an exciting journey to find Anna's sister, Elsa (Idina Menzel- Enchanted, RENT, Wicked*Broadway). On their way to find Elsa and save the kingdom Arendelle from eternal winter, the princess and her companions encounter some strange things such as mystical trolls, a scary giant snow creature and Olaf (Josh Gad- 21, Jobs, Ice Age: Continental Drift) the magic snowman who loves warm hugs.

So let's start with talking about the animation. Wow where do I even begin. Not only was the movie itself amazingly animated, I would have paid the $7 just for the short film before the film as well. Wow. Just amazing, the graphics were beautiful when Elsa was using her powers my breath was taken away at how beautifully it was carefully designed. One thing that I particularly liked about this film was it some amazing soundtrack. This especially had the Disney touch. Every single song was just beautifully done and very creative. It went along perfectly with every second of the film. The creativity and thought that went into this film was just amazing. The story line itself was completely original and touching.

Like I've said many times already this film was amazing. Not only was the story and soundtrack and animation amazing, but there were so many amazing lessons morally speaking.

This flick was great for the whole family (I mean that too! All ages!!) and I would call it the must-see of the season. It is #2 on my personal Disney favorites after Tangled. Definitely a POP!

Well that's all for today! Leave me a comment below what you think of Disney's newest movie or when you plan to see it! Remember to share this along with your opinion!!

PEACE OUT GIRLSCOUTS!!!

  1. Nice review Ruth. A nice trip to the movies, especially around the holiday season where both the kids, and the parents can enjoy themselves.
